Senior minister
Michael Cannon grew up in Bracken county attending Bracken County High School then attended Kentucky Christian University to obtain his Bachelor's Degree. Michael has a heart for this community that he shares with his wife Katie and their two sons, Clark and Byron. Recently Michael has taken on additional roles to serve the Middle and High School students at Milford. We appreciate his service and look forward to the future of our church and the youth program.
children's director
Alex Buchanan has a heart for children and loves helping them learn, grow, and know Jesus. She serves as the Children's Director at Milford Christian Church helping lead classes, activities and special events for our elementary-aged children and younger. Alex also works as a kindergarten paraeducator, where her patience, creativity, and love for kids also shines everyday. Alex is passionate about creating a fun, welcoming environment where every child feels loved, encouraged and excited to grow in their faith. She is married to Jay Buchanan and has two children, Emmett Buchanan and Liv Buchnanan who are both very active in the youth programs Milford offers.
Associate minster
Gary Figgins has served faithfully in ministry for years. Our church hired him as an Associate Minister in the Fall of 2022. Gary will be working with Michael to minister to the adults. He will be preaching 10-12 times a year, actively visiting members, and helping plan events with the senior adults.
Assistant
children's director
Kamon Cucchiara serves as the Assistant Children's Director at Milford Christian Church, where she loves being actively involved and finding creative ways to share Christ's love with children. Her husband, Joey, serves as a deacon at Milford, and together they have two children. Kamon is also very involved in her children's school, where she enjoys volunteering and serving as an active member of the PTO. In her free time, she loves traveling with her family, spending time outdoors, and making special memories with those she loves.
